2013-2014 Faith Formation – Religious Education

Ages 3 – Grade 5 Registration Forms

This ministry provides Roman Catholic religious education / faith formation for children ages 3-4 and grades K-5.  Weekly classes, retreats and service projects are based on diocese approved curriculum.  This ministry is open to all parish families.  Classes are held during the school year on Sundays at 9:00 A.M. (age 3 through grade K) and 10:15 A.M. as well as on Mondays at 6:30 P.M.  Protocol training and catechetical meetings are required.  The fee per child is $50 for families with more than three children, maximum cost per family is $150.

Wed., June 6 and Aug. 7 at 6:30 p.m. in SLDM school library(lower level).

Bring $13 for background check.

Additional opportunities for certifying with the diocese of Lafayette protocol training are listed on the diocesan link to the parish website.  Protocol Class must be re-taken at minimum every 5 years.
