Application Process for New Students

The Fall Open House on November 7th kicks off the application process for the following school year.  Tours are given and the online application link is made available at that time.

New Student Application Process

The online 2025-26 New Student Application link will be available on this page beginning Thursday, November 7th.

Your student's application is considered complete when the school receives all of the following items: 

1. Completed 25-26 Online Application (link available on 11/7/24). This application is from the Diocese of Lafayette. An account will need to be created to complete the application if you have not done so in the past.  
2. Non-Refundable Application FAMILY Fee of $280
3. Submitted Documents:

• Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
• Copy of Student's Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
• Parish Membership Letter from non-SLDM Catholic parish, if applicable (for tuition rate distinction) 

If we have more applications that spots available in a given class, the Administration will follow the admissions criteria process listed on page 6 of the family handbook.

Notification of your child’s enrollment status will occur by January 31, 2025. Applications received after January 31st will be based on availability and you will be contacted within a week after receipt.
